Location: 100% Remote

Type: 9-month Contract w/possible extensions

Rate: $90 per hour

MUST HAVE: Mergers and Acquisitions Experience performing as a Project Manager. Looking for a Healthcare Background as well.

MUST HAVE: EHR Lead Experience as well to be considered for this position

M&A Site Activation Project Manager

• Partner with Site Leadership & Application Owners to ensure project planning and delivery within scope and on time.
• Organizing cross domain project delivery planning. Gaps, risk, issues documentation and resolution facilitation.
• Design process for structuring and implementing:
• 1) Change management and operational readiness (preparation, facilitation, tracking)
• 2) Stakeholder and governance process escalations (M&A governance process)
• 3) Go-Live readiness planning and go live event risk mitigation/issue resolution.
• Responsible for overall planning, management and completion of IT projects.
• Other responsibilities include but are not limited to development of project documents and project plans, resource management, timeline management, executive reporting and change management.

Adding to the team who manage/coordinate delivery of specific M&A application projects-Experience supporting Site Activation in a Healthcare Organization

Several hospital integrations

• Experience supporting site activations in a healthcare setting including clinical and business applications
• Project Change Management/Operational Readiness Experience
• Strong Organizational and Communication Skills
• Experience coordinating cross-application workstreams or integrated areas
• Experience leading large scale EHRs (including Epic and ancillary systems) coordinating with application, interface, testing, training and other IT teams.
