We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Legal Operations Manager to support our legal team at Exol. You will play a critical role in managing the administrative and operational pillars of a fast-paced legal department, focusing on contract management, intellectual property management and corporate governance. This is a unique opportunity to work in-house at a company at the intersection of cutting-edge automation and logistics.

The Legal Team is a core part of our organization. We are strategic partners who ensure the company operates within the law, manages complex risks, and protects Exol™’s interests as we scale our Robotic Logistics Platform™.

What you’ll do

• **Contract Lifecycle Management:** Assist the legal team in the drafting, formatting, and administrative management of complex agreements, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and technology licenses.
• **Corporate Governance Support:** Help maintain corporate records and assist in the preparation and filing of various corporate filings.
• **Transaction Coordination:** Assist with corporate transaction work, including mergers, acquisitions, and financing. You may oversee due diligence data rooms and coordinate with external counsel.
• **Legal Operations:** Manage the legal billing process, review outside counsel invoices, and ensure cost-effective use of external resources.
• **Subsidiary Management:** Maintain and update corporate entity records, state filings, and business licenses to ensure Exol remains in good standing across all jurisdictions.
