What you’ll do:
The Senior Project Manager will work as part of a dedicated project management team driving a large-scale program at AT&T. This role focuses on managing assigned workstreams, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution of project deliverables. In addition, the candidate will provide leadership and guidance to other project managers within the team, fostering collaboration and consistency across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Manage projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with development teams locally and internationally to ensure seamless execution and integration.
- Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and mitigate risks.
- Strategic Influence: Contribute to product strategy and advocate for innovative, forward-thinking solutions.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, consistent updates on project status, risks, and milestones to all stakeholders.
