What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for technical, professional, and specialized roles while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide guidance on effective sourcing, selection, and hiring practices.
  • Support the execution of recruiting strategies and initiatives that promote diversity, quality hiring, and strong organizational fit.
  • Act as a subject matter resource for recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
  • Help coordinate recruiting activities and share best practices across recruiting teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in processes.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs, including hard-to-fill roles.
  • Assist in implementing talent programs such as internships, referral initiatives, and other pipeline-building efforts.
  • Ensure recruiting processes align with company policies and comply with applicable local, state, and federal employment laws, including Affirmative Action and diversity initiatives.
