The Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for developing, testing and maintaining a complex distributed processing application utilizing python and Java. The developer will work closely with Product Owner/Data Coaches/Analysts/DBA and Scrum/Kanban teams to ensure alignment with program standards, backend-frontend requirements, and Agile delivery expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree
• Ability to work independently and effectively with little to no supervision.
• Strong Python development with JAVA experience or Strong JAVA

Development with python experience

• Experience with distributed workloads via Spark/Hadoop/Other
• Must have SQL skills; Snowflake experience a plus
• AWS experience
• Strong shell scripting
• Team player
• Excellent executive function and communication skills
• US Citizen or Green Card

Preferred qualifications:

• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience; certification preferred.
• CLI Linux experience
