Staff or Sr. level Engineer with deep Rust experience
to join our expanding engineering team!


In this role, you will leverage your deep programming expertise to design and build scalable, reliable web application systems. The ideal candidate has strong experience in application design, system architecture, as well as proven team ownership skills to drive new language adoption and best practices in Rust.


You'll join a highly visible engineering team trusted to solve complex, high-stakes problems using the best of AI, data and software systems. They’re responsible for writing code that has a significant impact on our customers and future product lines. Our team partners cross-functionally to influence product direction, work directly with customers, and own systems positively impacting millions of lives—where your technical decisions truly matter!


What You’ll Do

• Rust Coach/Multiplier - An expert Rust engineer who not only builds production-grade systems in Rust, but also sets standards, mentors others, and elevates the team’s overall Rust maturity.
