The Lead Software Engineer will design and develop scalable big data and AI-powered solutions to support complex business challenges. 3. Responsibilities:

• Design, code, test, document, and maintain scalable big data solutions

• Drive agile processes and mentor junior team members

• Research, evaluate, and deploy new tools and frameworks for a sustainable big data platform

• Identify and address gaps in existing solutions

• Define and develop APIs for data integration

• Translate customer requirements into solution designs

• Estimate development effort for project and resource planning

• Collaborate with management, QA, architecture, and development teams

• Write technical documentation and provide production support

• Participate in prototypes, design, and code reviews

• Maintain skills through self-directed training

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions with responsible AI use

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science or related IT field

• 12+ years of hands-on software development experience

• 5+ years with Java or Scala

• 5+ years with Python, JSON, and Web Services

• 5+ years with distributed systems technologies such as Spark and Hadoop
