Lead Software Engineer (AWS)
to join their high-performing team. This individual will play a critical role in delivering scalable, cloud-native solutions that support key business functions and modernize core systems.


This is a hands-on technical leadership role that combines deep AWS expertise with strong collaboration and communication skills. The successful candidate will drive solution design, development, and optimization, while mentoring peers and ensuring alignment with best practices.


Key Responsibilities:
Solution Delivery & Implementation

• Design, develop, and deploy new technical solutions that meet business requirements and technical specifications.
• Perform technical assessments and ensure solutions are delivered on time and to quality standards.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive satisfaction and alignment.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide regular updates on project progress, issues, and milestones.

System & Process Optimization

• Assess existing systems to identify opportunities for optimization, modernization, and re-engineering.
• Recommend and contribute to system architecture improvements based on business needs and industry best practices.

Agile Development

• Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews) to ensure collaborative and timely delivery.

Troubleshooting & Support

• Investigate and resolve technical issues during development, deployment, and production phases.
• Provide post-implementation support to minimize disruption to business operations.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Create and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation (e.g., code, processes, architecture diagrams, integration specifications).
