Lead Project Manager (for the analytics teams DWH, BI, etc.)

About this role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Project Manager who will drive project delivery, lead cross-functional teams (DWH, BI, etc.,), and ensure business goals are achieved effectively. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.

• Lead project delivery from initiation to completion.

• Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Define project goals, scope, timelines, and priorities.
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders and drive decision-making.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and project execution.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage team workload and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and practices.
• Ensure clear communication across all project stakeholders.
• Handle conflict resolution and maintain team productivity.

### Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager / Lead Project Manager.
• Experience in team leadership and team development.
• Strong background in project planning and estimations.
• Experience working closely with stakeholders and customers.

• Knowledge of issue tracking systems (e.g., Jira, ClickUp).
• Knowledge of document management systems (e.g., Confluence, Notion).
• Understanding of source control system capabilities (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Common understanding of software application architecture.
