is responsible for developing strategies and tools that support process management in an end-to-end logic. Our goal is to design and implement solutions that streamline operational processes, enable monitoring of key decision points, and support the organization in making informed decisions.

We are looking for an experienced
Lead Product Owner – Analytical Platform
who will build and lead the development of a modern management information platform that connects strategic business needs with advanced analytical capabilities.

In this role, you will be responsible for
both the product and the team
, owning the solution end-to-end and driving the development of reporting and analytical solutions, including Power BI–based dashboards and management reports.

Your responsibilities:

• Build and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Analytical Platform, aligned with business and executive needs.
• Lead the end-to-end development of a centralized management information and reporting platform.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring focus on business value, usability, and data quality.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BI Developers, including defining ways of working, standards, and competency growth paths.
• Collaborate closely with Executive stakeholders, business owners, IT, Data Engineering, and other Product Owners.
• Define and standardize data models, KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards across the organization.
• Oversee the design and delivery of advanced dashboards, reports, and analytical applications in Power BI.
• Ensure high data quality, consistency, and compliance with the organization’s data architecture and governance principles.
• Contribute to the development of Data Governance and Data Management practices related to reporting and analytics at Group level.
