What You'll Do
We're looking for an experienced enterprise product manager to lead our team collaboration and enterprise features roadmap. You'll own the product discovery and execution that transforms UX Pilot from an individual tool into a collaborative platform for design teams and enterprise organizations.
Product Strategy & Discovery
- Define and own the product roadmap for team collaboration, security, and enterprise features
- Translate business objectives into product strategy and measurable product outcomes and metrics
- Conduct regular customer research with enterprise clients to understand their workflows, pain points, and requirements
- Conduct regular testing with enterprise teams to validate solutions
- Define and track key product metrics with a use of product analytics tool
- Analyze competitive landscape to identify differentiation opportunities
- Make strategic build vs. buy decisions for enterprise infrastructure (authentication, admin tools, compliance)
Product Delivery & Execution
- Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, security) to ship enterprise-grade features
