### Accountabilities

• Own the end-to-end user growth funnel, focusing on acquisition, activation, and early retention across web and mobile experiences.
• Develop a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and motivations both on and off the platform to create engaging experiences and expand the audience.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, data science, and product operations to define, develop, test, and launch high-quality growth initiatives at scale.
• Establish clear objectives, success metrics, and guardrails to guide prioritization and evaluate product performance.
• Design and manage a high-velocity experimentation program, using quantitative data and qualitative insights to refine experiences and inform the product roadmap.
• Navigate ambiguity, complex challenges, and cross-functional dependencies while maintaining momentum and delivering product outcomes.
