🧩 What you'll be doing

We're looking for an exceptional Product Manager to join us at a pivotal and exciting moment at Ramp. After 8 years and over $1B in volume, we continue to launch brand-new consumer product for our valued customers already in our global ecosystem, which has been compounding month-over-month for the last six months. The successful candidate will own this product from day one, working alongside a team who have true passion and for what they create and provide to our customers.

What you'll be working on

• Leading a cross-functional team to discover, scope, and create high-impact improvements to our user flows focussed on lifting conversion
• Hunting down friction and blockers across the customer journey and resolving it
• Setting the bar for user experience and championing it across the organisation
• Defining the KPIs that matter and using them to guide data-driven decisions
• Building out an analytics setup that supports fast, informed decision-making
• Partnering closely with engineering, design, and marketing to shape a customer-focused roadmap
