Lead Motion and Graphic Designer

About this role

Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Lead Motion and Graphic Designer to bring bold, imaginative digital creativity to our growing team. This role blends high‑level visual design, UX/UI, and motion graphics with a solid foundation in print—supporting integrated campaigns, digital experiences, and scalable design systems across web, video, and print. #### What you’ll do

• Lead and execute digital design initiatives, including UX/UI design for web, landing pages, and digital campaigns
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma as part of a collaborative design and review process
• Design and produce high-quality visual assets for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and video platforms
• Create motion graphics, video graphics, and explainer videos using Adobe After Effects
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems to ensure brand consistency across digital and print materials
• Execute iterative production design efficiently while maintaining high creative and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams throughout concept development, review, and execution
• Participate in and potentially lead design critiques, providing constructive feedback and guidance to other designers
• Prepare print-ready files and manage communication with print vendors to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

#### What You’ll Need

• Strong emphasis on digital design with demonstrated UX/UI experience
• Expert proficiency with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, and After Effects
