Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with business users to understand workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Translate loosely defined requirements into functional software solutions through iterative development and feedback.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software components using contemporary development practices.
- Leverage AI-assisted and flow-based development techniques to enhance productivity and solution quality.
- Collaborate with senior engineers, designers, and product stakeholders to deliver high-quality features.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Document code, architectural decisions, and development processes.
- Stay current with emerging tools, frameworks, and industry best practices in software engineering.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Interest in AI-assisted development and rapid prototyping methodologies.
- Working knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C#, Java, JavaScript).
