This role works closely with non-technical business users to translate ideas and workflows into effective software solutions. Work Environment

• Temp position: 6 months
• Hybrid role based out of our headquarters in Downtown Manhattan
• $75,000 - $80,000 annually

Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with business users to understand workflows, pain points, and desired outcomes.
• Translate loosely defined requirements into functional software solutions through iterative development and feedback.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain software components using contemporary development practices.
• Leverage AI-assisted and flow-based development techniques to enhance productivity and solution quality.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, designers, and product stakeholders to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document code, architectural decisions, and development processes.
• Stay current with emerging tools, frameworks, and industry best practices in software engineering.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Interest in AI-assisted development and rapid prototyping methodologies.
• Working knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C#, Java, JavaScript).
