About the role
As a Junior QA Automation Engineer, at Fable, you will help ensure the quality and reliability of our products while building hands-on experience in test automation and modern software development practices.
Fable’s products support organizations in building more accessible digital experiences, and quality is essential to delivering that impact. You will work within a cross-functional pod alongside Engineering, Product, and Design to support testing efforts and contribute to building high-quality, reliable software.
This role reports to an Engineering Manager and is embedded within a product pod, where you will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and designers. At Fable, quality is a shared responsibility, and you will work alongside engineers to integrate testing into the development process rather than treating it as a separate phase.
This role is designed for a recent graduate or early-career candidate who is excited about automation, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to grow into a technical QA or SDET career path over time.

- Contribute to writing and maintaining automated tests (UI and API) using tools such as Cypress or similar frameworks
- Support test coverage for features, including regression and automation scenarios
- Assist in identifying opportunities to automate repetitive or manual testing workflows
