To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Junior Product Manager who is a versatile, high-impact role designed for a builder who thrives in fast-moving environments. This is a pinch hitter position where you'll work across consumercacing features, internal tooling, and partnerfacing experiences as the product and team take shape.

## Tasks

Early on the Junior Product Manager suports multiple product areas, learning how L1VE, immersive experiences are built end-to-end. Over time, this role may evolve into a more specialized product ownership area based on company needs and individual strengths.

## Requirements

Consumer Product Support

* Contribute to features across discovery, playback, onboardin & engagement
* Help translate user needs into clear requirements & acceptance criteria
* Partner with UX to test & iterate on experience flows

Internal Tools & Platforms

* Support product definition for internal tools (e.g. CMS, ecent setup, moderation, analytics)
* Gather feedback from content, production & ops teams to improve workflows
* Help prioritize fixes & enhancements that reduce friction

L1VE Events & Launch Support

* Assist with feature readiness for L1VE events & launches
* Help track dependencies & surface risks ahead of go-L1VE
* Participate in post-event reviews & synthesize learnings

Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Work closely with Engineering, UX, Content, Production, Commercial & Data
* Help keep teams aligned by documenting decisions & next steps
* Act as a connector across teams as priorities shift
