Junior Frontend Developer – AI & UI/UX

Responsibilities

• **AI-Driven Development:** You don’t just develop *with* AI (e.g., integrating LLM APIs, chat interfaces); you also use AI tools (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to make your workflow more efficient and smarter.
• **Modern Frontend:** You build responsive and visually appealing user interfaces with React and style them efficiently using Tailwind CSS.
• **Design & User Experience:** You are the “user’s advocate.” You don’t blindly implement designs; you question UX decisions and ensure intuitive flows and pixel-perfect execution.
• **Clean Code Basics:** You care about clean structure. Even as a junior, you understand why components should be reusable and how to set up a scalable folder structure.

• **Tech Stack:** Solid foundational experience (through projects, internships, or junior roles) with React and Tailwind CSS.
• **AI Mindset:** Comfortable working with AI tools and writing effective prompts for code generation and refactoring; motivated to integrate AI-driven features into products.
• **UI/UX Sensibility:** Strong eye for typography, spacing, and color. Understands the difference between functional interfaces and truly engaging user experiences.
• **Architecture Understanding:** Familiar with concepts such as component lifecycle and state management; committed to writing clean, maintainable code.
• **Languages:** Fluent in German and English.
