Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Junior Analyst, Business Controls to join our banking client’s Finance organization. This role sits within the Business Controls & Data Analytics team and focuses heavily on data-entry, reconciliation work, and control execution. The primary responsibility is to update permission access in Axiom as teams complete their work. The individual will also support broader control activities, including SharePoint access reviews and updates within GRCE. This role requires availability starting at 8:00 AM CST.

• Update and maintain user permissions in Axiom. This involves one clearly defined, repeatable, and well documented process.
• Enter updates into GRCE (Governance, Regulatory, Compliance Engine) to support documentation of business control execution, testing, and reporting.
• Perform additional business control activities, including:

o Reviewing and validating access to SharePoint sites


o Reviewing records that have exceeded their retention period


o Reviewing Axiom access logs


o Supporting other routine control tasks as needed
