The Role

• Own the full analytics value-chain, from framing business challenges to deploying scalable AI solutions.
• Develop and implement innovative algorithms and AI software solutions, applying robust software development practices.
• Partner with clients across various industries, guiding non-technical teams on best practices for software development.
• Optimize and enhance the computational efficiency of algorithms and software design.
• Develop and deliver thought leadership in scientific communities, papers, and conferences on behalf of BCG X.

What You'll Need

• Currently enrolled in a Master's or PhD degree program in Computer Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python for software development and large-scale data analytics.
• Passion for transforming organizations with AI-led innovation and the ability to guide non-technical teams.
• A natural problem-solver with intellectual curiosity across a breadth of industries and topics.
