What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Scrum teams to define and document business functional requirements
• Develop meeting minutes, procedures, manuals, and other documentation
• Respond to, troubleshoot, and fulfill helpdesk tickets
• Support daily/weekly/quarterly Scrum ceremonies
• Assist in testing new releases as necessary

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree
• 0-3 years of experience in a related field
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications, including Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
• U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a Secret clearance

• IT classes or training if possessing a non-technical degree
