Responsible for the management of initiatives to provide solutions that meet the requirements of the customer’s specifications and the submitted project proposal on time and in budget. Projects assigned are complex, have cross divisional impact, are broad in scope, and are typically related to core business processes. Position will require ownership of multiple projects simultaneously and lead/facilitate all aspects of the project, including scope, cost/benefit analysis, written proposal, budgets, and schedule.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Appropriate communication at all levels of organization, appropriate escalations
• Execute project management with agile and water fall techniques combined that allow for meeting of project deadline while iteratively delivering where applicable.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables with outcome focus!
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Develop full scale project plans.
• Assemble and lead project staff.
• Manage project budget.
