Sr. IT Project Manager (Life & Annuities) - Onsite Hybrid | Addison, TX
We're working with a $30 billion global technology services powerhouse and digital infrastructure leader on this exciting opportunity. We are looking for a heavy-hitting IT Project Manager to drive large-scale digital transformations within the Life & Annuities sector using Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.


The Role

• Lead and coach high-performing teams to deliver complex IT programs spanning multiple business units across the full SDLC.
• Drive delivery execution by managing resources, schedules, and multi-million dollar financials while ensuring strict adherence to quality and control guidelines.
• Spearhead strategic transformation initiatives, utilizing a mix of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies to meet evolving business needs.
• Act as a key strategic partner to executive sponsors and stakeholders, managing expectations and translating business requirements into technical roadmaps.
• Master project governance by overseeing change requests, resource staffing, and risk mitigation using JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.

What You'll Need

• 5-7+ years of deep domain expertise in Life and Annuities (Mandatory) to navigate industry-specific complexities.
• 8+ years of proven success in Business Consulting or Program/Project Management (PMO Strategy).
• 3+ years of hands-on Agile Scrum experience and a history of managing Application Development or Systems Integration projects.
• Technical proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Suite for tracking progress and resource management.
• Strong situational analysis skills and the ability to think creatively to drive innovation in high-pressure environments.
