Responsible for supervising the lab pack field team and is responsible for the safe and efficient packaging, handling, into Clean Earth/Veolia facilities.  Ensures the teams consistently meet regulatory and safety compliance measures and operates in a productive and profitable manner in accordance with Clean Earth/Veolia policies, practices, and procedures.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manages all aspects of the lab pack field team including hiring, training, development, and performance in accordance with HR policies and practices.

• Coordinate lab pack field projects as needed that may include high hazard services, HHW, or any business-related needs.

  Acts as a technical resource for the team as well as customer service and sales.

• Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction, both internally and externally.
• Submits lab pack consolidation sheets to end disposal facilities for approval.

• Works with management team to implement, update, and develop standard work practices.
