As a Product Delivery Manager, you’ll connect product, business, and engineering teams, translate priorities into actionable requirements, and drive initiatives from discovery through delivery. Work with modern technologies and cross-functional teams to improve processes, solve real business problems, and deliver products that make an impact.

#### YourResponsibilites:

• **Drive end-to-end delivery:** Translate product priorities and complex business needs into actionable user stories, clear acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
• **Understand complex processes:** Analyze finance and B2B workflows, identify dependencies across processes, data, systems, roles, and controls, and uncover the underlying business problem.
• **Bridge business & technology:** Apply strong technical fluency to understand APIs, data flows, interfaces, automation, and system boundaries.
• **Coordinate cross-functional delivery:** Work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Technical Leads to ensure smooth handovers, development progress, and release readiness.
• **Ensure quality & alignment:** Challenge requirements, maintain alignment with product strategy, and ensure deliverables meet agreed acceptance criteria and quality standards.
• **Manage stakeholders:** Communicate clearly and transparently across technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

#### YourProfile:

• **Technical & Product Knowledge:** You have a solid understanding of software development, engineering practices, product management, and backlog management.
• **Process Expertise:** You have experience with complex B2B or operational processes, ideally in finance, ERP, payments, billing, ...
