Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT EHR (Electronic Health Record) Enterprise Business Analyst to drive the success of our healthcare technology initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a bridge between clinical, technical, and business teams, translating complex healthcare data requirements into scalable solutions. Under broad supervision, analyzes customer business needs and participates in the planning, design and implementation of new or enhanced systems. May act as a team or project leader.

IT EHR Enterprise Business Analyst (811076)

Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote/Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration and support of HL7 standards.
• Manage and maintain EHR and practice management systems, ensuring they are functioning optimally and securely.

Collaborate with stakeholders, including clinical staff, technical staff, program staff, administrators, and developers, to gather and document business requirements for the EHR system.

Provide ongoing support for the EHR system, including managing updates, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data accuracy and security compliant with HIPAA standards.

• Collaborate with developers and administrators to resolve technical issues and enhance platform performance.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity and system reliability.
• Provide technical support to end-users, by interfacing with vendor Support Teams to address issues related to software promptly.
• Assist trainers with training programs for clinic staff to ensure efficient use of the EHR system.
• Analyze clinical workflows and processes to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement within the EHR system.
• Generate and analyze reports to support clinical and administrative decision-making.
