Role Overview

Diamond Peak Recruiting is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects valued between $10,000,000 and $30,000,000. This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, serving as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders while ensuring successful delivery. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who excels at building relationships, driving project performance, and delivering high-quality results safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of the construction project from pre-construction to closeout.
• Manage project budgets, including cost forecasting and procurement strategies.
• Lead project meetings and manage relationships with all stakeholders.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Four to seven years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Salary Range
- $110,000 – $145,000
