## Position Overview

Seeking an IT Business Analyst to support enterprise data platform initiatives, including onboarding, requirements gathering, and operational analysis in a federal environment.

This role bridges business needs and technical implementation, ensuring effective delivery of data and compliance solutions.

## Responsibilities

• Gather and document **business and technical requirements**
• Support **enterprise data platform onboarding and tenant configurations**
• Analyze workflows related to **tax processing and compliance systems**
• Develop reports, metrics, and cost tracking models
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders

## Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement **data pipelines and data lakehouse architectures** using Databricks and AWS
• Optimize performance of large-scale **distributed data processing workloads**
• Implement **data governance, security, and access controls**
• Integrate data across enterprise systems and cloud services
• Collaborate with architects and stakeholders on **data strategy and platform design**

## Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT or business analysis experience
• 3+ years supporting **compliance systems**
• Experience with **cloud platforms (AWS preferred)**
• Strong documentation and communication skills
