OVERVIEW:
The IT Business Analyst partners with business stakeholders, Project Managers, and Solution Delivery Leads to deliver technology solutions across enterprise support functions. This role translates business needs into functional requirements and user stories and supports delivery from intake through user acceptance testing.
This role operates with moderate autonomy and focuses on executing business analysis responsibilities within assigned initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business & Requirements Analysis
- Partner with business stakeholders across National Support Center departments (e.g., Marketing, HR, Recruiting, Finance, Clinical Services, Finance, Legal, etc.) to understand business objectives and opportunities
- Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements using interviews, workshops, and working sessions
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and user stories suitable for Agile development teams
- Maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment from intake through delivery
Technical & Agile Enablement
- Collaborate with Solution Delivery Leads, architects, and developers to clarify requirements, dependencies, assumptions and constraints
