What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide ongoing user support, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex Salesforce issues
• Strengthen Salesforce reporting capabilities by creating advanced reports and dashboards
• Build, optimize, and integrate advanced Marketing Cloud features for digital communication needs
• Collaborate with Marketing, Advising, and Digital Communications teams to translate business needs into solutions
• Ensure data quality and consistency across Marketing Cloud and Salesforce, addressing automation behavior

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Demonstrated Salesforce Trailhead knowledge/ranking
• Advanced skills in data organization, analysis, and problem-solving
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification
• Experience in needs analysis and eliciting requirements from technical and non-technical teams
• Familiarity with project management tasks, including writing and reviewing requirements
• Understanding of Salesforce skills, including AppExchange and data management
