Position Available: IT Business Analyst

Job Summary: The Business Analyst will partner closely with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and Sales teams to optimize business processes, improve system efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making. This role is responsible for analyzing business requirements, researching best practices, and supporting the design and implementation of enterprise data solutions. This role will transform business requirements into actionable insights by designing, developing, and maintaining analytics solutions, dashboards, reports, and data models that improve visibility into financial and operational performance. The role requires expertise in data modeling, data governance, systems integration, and business process improvement.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage assigned cases, initiatives, and projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to established timelines and deadlines.
• Analyze business challenges using industry, functional, technical, and data expertise to identify solutions and recommend effective technology and analytics implementations.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, reporting, and analytics requirements.
