What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the primary integration lead for client implementations, managing the integration workstream from discovery through go-live and post-launch support
• Develop detailed integration project plans outlining milestones, deliverables, and testing phases
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including data mapping specifications and API documentation
• Validate data mappings and system configurations while ensuring performance and data integrity standards
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Client Success teams to align integrations with platform standards

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3-6 years of experience in integration project management or technical implementations in SaaS environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure, particularly Azure Logic Apps and related monitoring tools
• Strong understanding of APIs, FTP/SFTP integrations, and network connectivity troubleshooting
• Proven ability to develop structured integration project plans with clear milestones
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience leading client-facing discussions
