As the primary point of contact for client engagements, the Project Manager ensures consistent client satisfaction through exemplary leadership and responsive service. This role partners with the implementation team to ensure effective task, risk, and time management, guaranteeing projects are completed on time, within budget, and in scope while delivering exceptional value. Responsible for the success of multiple concurrent projects, the Project Manager excels at collaborating with business and technology leaders to deliver solutions that help clients maximize their investment. The Project Manager demonstrates strong negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, client-facing environment.

  • Lead and manage cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery;
  • Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring compliance with all project requirements;
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals;
  • Utilize Harbor project management tools to track project progress, manage resources, and report on milestones to stakeholders;
