What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the configuration and implementation of ERP modules, translating business requirements into functional specifications
• Drive change management efforts, assessing impacts on processes and stakeholders while developing training materials
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate UAT test cases to ensure alignment with business needs
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation to support knowledge transfer and successful change initiatives
• Provide hands-on support during the go-live phase and monitor system performance and user feedback

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP implementations, change management, or business analysis
• At least 5 years of experience in HR operations, recruiting, or HRIS/ATS system support
• Proven experience with HCM ERP implementations
• Familiarity with tools such as Dayforce, Workday, SAP, Oracle, or UKG
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment
