The DCX Client Services - Home-Based Assistant Sales Project Manager will work as a full-time employee for a growing business based in the United States. You will get a chance to learn new skills as well as demonstrate skills you've learned in the past. You will be responsible for closely following the instructions and processes outlined by our client.

The daily tasks will vary so it will be necessary to be very flexible in this position. Other necessary characteristics of the job include having a strong attention to detail, ability to work well with co-workers, and a desire to learn new work skills.

• Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (USA)
• Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)

• Salary Range: 45,000-48,000

Job Responsibilities

Support Customer Projects from Start to Finish

• Assist with coordinating customer projects throughout the sales and fulfillment lifecycle.
• Help ensure project milestones, deliverables, and timelines remain on track.
• Participate in customer meetings, document key action items, and support follow-up activities.
• Provide responsive and professional communication to customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Escalate risks, delays, or issues when appropriate to ensure smooth project execution.

Assist with Quoting and Order Management

• Support the preparation and revision of customer quotes.
• Coordinate vendor pricing requests and track RFQs.
• Assist with purchase order processing and order tracking.
• Verify product availability, lead times, and pricing information before customer submission.
