Role Description

As a Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by owning the experimentation roadmap across GFiber's digital channels. You will use data to identify opportunities and lead optimization efforts throughout the customer journey, from ad creative and landing pages to conversion forms. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage MarTech infrastructure, including A/B testing tools and tracking implementations, ensuring smooth operations and measurable business outcomes. You'll focus on developing systems to proactively identify improvements and drive future optimizations, ensuring all marketing efforts are data-driven and aligned with growth targets.

In this role, you'll:

• Lead end-to-end experimentation, including designing, executing, and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests across the customer journey (ad creative, landing pages, conversion forms).
