About The Role
The Growth Marketing Manager will own marketing initiatives to drive awareness, interest, and qualified traffic and leads. This is a senior, strategic role for a self-starter who brings strong campaign leadership skills, original ideas, and the ability to execute end-to-end multi-channel campaigns in a B2B healthcare SaaS context tied to a clear theme and measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is equally adept at channel management, campaign architecture, executive reporting, and project management.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Leadership & Strategy**
- Own the end-to-end planning, development, and execution of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns, anchored to a clear campaign theme, KPIs, and strategic objectives.
- Lead campaign strategy documentation in PowerPoint and FigJam, mapping campaign architecture, audience segmentation, channel mix, messaging hierarchy, and conversion paths prior to execution.
