How Your Role Makes a Difference

• Work closely with the Creative team and Regional Marketing managers to create compelling marketing materials for Branch efforts and various National advertising needs. The range of material includes, but is not limited to, direct mail, brochures, posters, ads, web banners, informational booklets, and conference-related materials;
• Work closely with the Creative and Events team to create fundraising materials;
• Collaborates with the Video Director for animated and illustrative story telling in After Effects;
• Helps prepare the Creative team for presentations with mood boards and deliverables;
• Serves as team lead with social media graphics in collaboration with Senior Designer and Creative Director;
• Design for both print and digital environments;
• Stay current on design trends and technology advancements;
• Complete other duties as assigned.

What Will Make You Successful

• Bachelor’s degree in design or related field or equivalent from an accredited college;
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio;
• Two (2) to four (4) years of proven experience in an agency or other professional environment;
