## Job Duties:

This position is responsible for ideating and producing a wide variety of creative, high-quality graphic design deliverables for the UW-Stout Foundation & Alumni Association marketing, communication, engagement and fundraising efforts including print materials, publications, and other venues.

## Key Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare marketing and promotional materials for all UW-Stout Foundation & Alumni Association programs and entities.
• Transform ideas into draft and final layouts by employing expertise in design, layout, and

• Maintain electronic archive, print copy archive, and printing specifications files.
• Master the university and UW-Stout Foundation & Alumni Association identity standards and be able to advise others.

The UW-Stout Foundation & Alumni Association strives to advance the mission of UW-Stout Polytechnic through building relationships with alumni, friends, supporters and industry partners of the university. The person filling this position will be joining a dynamic team that is responsible for the acquisition and stewardship of philanthropic resources for UW-Stout Polytechnic.

## Compensation:

Minimum starting salary of $41,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
