POSITION TITLE: Graphic Designer

REPORTS TO: Art Director

GENERAL SUMMARY: The Graphic Designer is a core member of the marketing team, responsible for translating established creative direction into engaging designs with high visual impact across digital and print channels for the promotion and development of Precept goods, services, and ideas, which encourage a positive reader response.

This role is essential to the speed and quality of the team's visual output, ensuring every asset meets brand standards and technical specifications before it reaches its audience.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Design Production

• Executes creative direction established by the Art Director, producing finished assets across campaigns and projects from brief to delivery.
• Produces assets for digital marketing (advertising graphics, social media graphics, website content, and related formats) as well as print marketing pieces (study materials, portfolios, swag, and related formats) for Precept goods, services, and ideas.
