National Health Care Associates is seeking a talented, creative Graphic Designer to bring our brand and creative development in-house.

What You'll Do:

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for translating National’s brand, marketing strategies and campaigns into compelling, polished creative across digital and print. Your work will help bring our mission to life visually, creating communications and assets that reflect the compassion, dignity, and quality of care we provide to our residents every day. The ideal candidate is a strong conceptual thinker who can move quickly from idea to execution while maintaining a consistent, elevated brand across nearly 50 healthcare centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing collateral including brochures, postcards, flyers, program materials, capability pieces and sales tools.
• Create social media graphics and digital campaign assets.
• Design event materials, banners, signage, posters, displays and environmental graphics.
• Develop creative for recruitment and employee-focused campaigns.
• Partner with the CMO and marketing team to visually bring campaigns and strategic initiatives to life.
• Support facility-specific marketing needs while maintaining consistency with National’s overall brand.
