Compensation:
We offer our employees a competitive compensation and benefits package that reflects our organizational culture, mission, and core values. The salary range for this position is $78,644.00 to $83,172.60 and is commensurate with experience.

Position Description: The Grant Accountant (GCA) is responsible for the accounting and financial management of SOME’s institutional funding portfolio, with a primary focus on government awards, grants, and contracts. The GCA manages all aspects of the invoicing process, ensuring timely and accurate submissions that comply with grantor guidelines and SOME’s standard operating procedures.

This role also monitors grant expenditures and spend-down activity, generating financial and related reports as assigned. In addition, the GCA provides ongoing support to the Grants and Contracts Manager to ensure effective financial oversight and compliance across the grants and contracts portfolio.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (Full-Time; 40 hours per week); This position is 100% remote, but must be able to work in the office when requested.

Required: Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and a minimum of 5 years of job-related experience. Required License/Certification: N/A
