About the Role

We're expanding our physical footprint through a network of hubs that bring the brand's conversational-first, community-rooted approach to life in person. This role owns the end-to-end process of standing up new hubs, from site search through full operational handoff, and takes on management of existing spaces along the way. It is a hands-on, execution-first role for someone who can move fast, manage vendors and budgets independently, and make sure every hub reflects how Félix shows up for the Latino families it serves.
