### The Team

In this role as a Generative AI Senior Data Scientist you will report into the SVP Data Science, within Norstella. Your role will be to keep up to date with the latest frameworks and agent harnesses, and help design and develop the next generation of our GenAI Framework in Norstella. We have been delivering AI Assistants for the past two years, with 7 products live with customers, and many more in development. We have a multi-functional team consisting of pharmaceutical industry experts, R&D, data engineering and data scientists to rapidly prototype using both our existing and newly acquired datasets across the pharmaceutical life cycle.

### Scope of the Role

In this role as a Generative AI Senior Data Scientist you will:

• Work with our Product leadership within Norstella to define and shape new offerings where agents and assistants can help customers
• Manage a team of data scientists and developers to provide Generative AI-enabled API services to the front end dev team
