### Position Overview

Fund Accountants at Initio Capital support the accounting, reporting, and operational management of investment funds. These roles involve tracking fund performance, ensuring accurate reporting for investors, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as finance, operations, and senior leadership. Fund Accountants play a critical role in maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with audits, and supporting overall fund administration.

### Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily and monthly fund accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and cash management.
• Prepare and review Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations and fund performance reports.
• Support investor reporting, including quarterly statements and ad hoc requests.
• Reconcile fund accounts, bank statements, and investment transactions with internal records and custodians.
• Record capital calls, distributions, and portfolio activity accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with audits, providing schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation to external auditors.
