Full Stack Developer (US Based)

The Role:

You will own features end-to-end — from data model to UI — across our ServiceNow-native platform and the decoupled services we are building alongside it. You will pair daily with AI agents to design, build, test, and ship. You will set the bar for what AI-driven development looks like at brightfin.

What you own

• **Features end-to-end.** Schema, API, UI, tests, observability. We do not split front and back across people — we split it across agents.
• **AI-driven development.** You orchestrate Claude, Cursor, Codex, and our internal agents to ship faster than a traditional team. You write the prompts, you review the output, you own the result.
• **Production code in our platform.** JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, React, and Python where the data lives. ServiceNow scoped apps where the integration runs.
• Tests are non-negotiable. Agents help you write them; you own that they actually catch what they should.
• **The next pattern.** You find a workflow that saves the team a day a week, you document it, you teach it. We learn in public.

What you bring:

• Experience shipping production software across the stack.
• Strong judgement and sense of urgency
