Raytheon is seeking a full-stack web developer to build high-quality, intuitive web applications that improve how Operations & Supply Chain teams plan, execute, and continuously improve manufacturing processes. This role supports initiatives across process improvement, digital thread, predictive analytics, and automation - delivering tools that make data actionable and workflows faster, clearer, and more reliable.


What You Will Do
You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Finance, and other support functions) to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and translate them into secure, scalable software solutions. Our team operates as a product-oriented “internal startup,” and developers are empowered to contribute across the delivery lifecycle - from discovery and design to development, testing, deployment, and support - working closely with users to iterate quickly and drive measurable outcomes.
