SMB Team is seeking an internal, FULL TIME HIRE to build, maintain, and ship web products and internal & external tools that power SMB Team’s AI product suite and operations. Primary focus areas include AI Workforce Pro and other cross-team technology initiatives.

The salary for this role is $160,000-$180,000 annually based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- - AI Workforce Pro — Build & Maintain
- - Develop new features, fix bugs, and maintain stability of the AI Workforce Pro platform
- Integrate updates from the upstream open-source fork safely without breaking existing functionality
- Collaborate with the Technology team to evaluate new UI/UX approaches as the AI landscape evolves
- - AI XDR Product — Clean-Up & Launch
- - Complete cleanup and stabilization of the AI XDR product in preparation for launch
- Ensure code quality, documentation, and deployment pipelines meet launch standards
