SUMMARY:
New Era Technology is seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Network Engineer to support the planning, execution, and implementation of data center migration projects — involving the migration of servers, workloads and network equipment from one data center facility to another for a major multinational financial client. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on networking experience, a strong understanding of data center environments, and the ability to execute migration tasks effectively under the guidance of senior engineers and project leadership.
HIERARCHY:
This position is a Strategic Staffing position reporting to Laura Dwyer and has no direct reports.
PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Execute network deployment and migration tasks associated with data center compute migrations, including pre-migration assessments, cutover activities, and post-migration validation.
