Requirements

Technical

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript
• Extensive experience with Next.js and React, including Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and App Router
• Strong experience with Node.js and backend application development
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services
• Solid understanding of frontend architecture, state management, and performance optimisation techniques
• Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Experience with authentication and authorisation mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, session-based authentication)
• Understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and scalable application development
• Experience with Git workflows, code reviews, and collaborative development practices
• Experience with testing frameworks and writing unit and integration tests
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines

AI & Productivity

• Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar solutions
• Ability to leverage AI tools for code generation, debugging, documentation, and test creation
• Experience using AI to improve development workflows and automate repetitive engineering tasks
• Understanding of the limitations, risks, and best practices of AI-assisted development
• Ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs and ensure code quality, maintainability, and security
